Our past history, present and future

American BUllies,Shorty bulls and bull terriers
A'Blazn started back in 2009, before then we where just getting our feet wet in the conformation rings.
In 1996 is when we had gotten our first show dog, an amazing Australian Shepherd "Winston", who is now at the rainbow bridge as of December 2005. From 1996 to present In 1996 Winston (Multi BOB U-CH.Awesomes Simon Sez) came to us from breeder Gene Renyolds (Awesome Aussies), with the help of the Standrige family. Vicky Standrige has worked with me several times a week with Winston showing, and help me show him to his full potential. After a year of working with Winston, I became more impressed with his intelligence and work abilities and was hooked. From 1996-2005 Winston was trained (soley by me) in conformation, obedience ( both verbal and hand signals), sled pulling, weight pull, agility, and many many tricks and best of all my best buddy. Winston was everything a aussie should be he had it all (he could work all day, did every thing I asked of him, correct structure and movement the best I've seen in a aussie, he had brains and could do it all). Since Winston's passing I have not see a aussie that could move like him nor have I owned a aussie as close to what the bree should be since him. December of 2005 Winston lost a short fight with cancer. |
In 2012 A'Blazn and BackStage partnered together as a family show hobby kennel. We currently Show American Bullies, Bull Terrier's and Shorty Bull's. Our dog's are shown in AKC, ABKC, BRC, IBKC, and UKC for conformation titles. In 2014 we decided to step away from Australian Shepherds after the loss of Multi BOB Group Placer CH.Horizon's Dragon Rider. We would like to thank those who have mentored us along the way Gene Renyolds for intrusting us with a amazing dog. The Standridge family for all your help and continued support to this day. To my dad for always supporting me and attending shows still to this day. Thankyou to who have supported us in the bully community.
